FALSE: The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued and sent an arrest warrant for Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa over his role in Duterte’s drug war.

FACT: There is no ICC arrest warrant for dela Rosa. No such record exists on the ICC website, and no official source has confirmed its receipt by the Philippine government.

The claim originated from a dramatized reel that included sensational visuals and text suggesting imminent conflict.

However, no credible sources or official announcements support this.

While dela Rosa has been linked to the ICC’s ongoing investigation into the drug war, no formal warrant has been issued against him.

Spreading such unfounded claims stokes fear and misleads the public.
